Sincerely one of the nicest gentlemen , Sprigg is a very knowledgeable hardwood floor contractor. He runs a tight ship and expects the best possible results on every job. He just recently responded to my need for heartwood pine for a small job in N.C. FedExed the wood and would not take a penny . So so impressed with Universal Floors and would recommend them to anyone with old floors that need to be saved! They refinished our heart pine floors in our 1910 condo, and got them from extremely dark and glossy, to natural and beautiful! They were so knowledgeable regarding heritage repairs and techniques and took such care with our floors with every detail! They are true craftsmen and they know their stuff. We are over the moon thrilled with our floors! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
