They paid attention to every detail and made sure everything was perfect before they left. Our carpet looks amazing and feels even better. Never use Lowes or East Coast Flooring for a carpet installation!! I should have listened to reviews and used a local flooring company instead but figured I would give Lowe's a chance as I've been a loyal customer for years.Carpet was installed incorrectly and started coming up the next day, plus they installed a cheaper padding rather than what I paid for! Gilford Lowe's and installation support has horrible customer service, and keeps sending the installer back to my house without the materials to fix the issue. It has been a month now and we had to delay our move because the carpet still isn't installed correctly. They are refusing a refund or compensation and customer service literally recommended I pursue a credit card chargeback rather than helping or getting a manager to assist. Please do yourself a favor and use any other carpet installation company!!
