I am fully satisfied with the quality of the products but even more impressed by the customer service and how easy they made the process. They streamlined the coordination with my installer and me.

I owe them a lot for helping fix a potential design flaw that would have changed the entire project. Instead of using the same flooring on the stair risers, they sent examples of how to break it up. Made a huge difference that elevated the design.

There is true value when you choose to shop local other than through the big box stores. Fishsticks comes highly recommended by us.

Fishsticks helped us decide on our flooring for our entire upper level. Alexis was knowledgeable and ran through different options and price points with us, answering all of our questions thoroughly. She explained the differences in type and brave helping us to make the most informed decision. We ended up deciding on LVP and we couldn’t be happier- this LVP is much higher quality than what you could buy bc at any box store. We would recommend Fishsticks to any friends or family.
