?I cannot recommend the Simpson Flooring team in Cedar Falls enough! After being displaced by a house fire, we were feeling pretty overwhelmed, especially since we had never picked out carpet before. From the moment we walked in, the facility was clean, organized, and very welcoming.
?Sandy was absolutely incredible to work with. She turned what could have been a stressful task into a fun experience. There were zero high-pressure sales tactics; instead, she was down-to-earth, patient, and had a great sense of humor that we truly appreciated during a tough time.
?The carpet looks amazing and the installation process was seamless. We even stopped by while the installer was working, and he was incredibly friendly and professional.
