I was looking for particular vinyl plank flooring and was told it was unavailable all across Canada. I live in Alberta but I happened to find it at Advanced Flooring. From my very first contact, they had amazing customer service. Evin was so thoughtful. While waiting to get confirmation that the flooring was available, she gave me a call even before she got the answer - just to make sure I knew she was still working on it. We are doing a larger renovation project and that kind of care and concern really stands out. The process of purchasing the flooring and having it shipped was very easy and I was kept well informed every step of the way. If I ever called with a question, someone was always available to help. It was an outstanding experience dealing with Sam the owner and his team of sales staff and installers. As soon as I met Sam and the staff I knew I was at the right place and had found a trusted flooring company. Sam's entire team are super friendly and his installer's work was immaculate. I had the entire flooring replaced in my Waterloo townhome with Vinyl Plank flooring including the kitchen, bathrooms and stairs. The installers Dave and his son Yunus did a masterful job especially on the stairs which was tricky and time consuming. The store has a wide selection of products and the pricing for materials and installation was very reasonable for sure. To top it off I needed the entire interior of the townhome painted so Sam referred me to the trusted painting team of Abdul and Kadir whom I met at the store. They are built from the same cloth as Sam as his team. Incredibly nice and very thorough. Even better, the store's sales rep Ha Tran helped me choose the interior paint colour which was a perfect match with the vinyl flooring. Thank you so much Ha. Advanced Flooring was one-stop shopping for me. I highly recommend them hands down!
