Jacalyn K was very helpful with choosing our carpet and getting the supplies and installation crew assigned. The people who installed the carpet worked their butts off. They put in a 12 hour day without breaks! Even when I offered to get food so they could take a break they respectfully declined. This was their option and they where driven to finish the job in one day, as we had the whole house recarpeted. The installation crew did quality work on top of it! They removed the old carpet and moved the heavy furniture for me. All people involved made our carpet install very easy.
We were happy with the process from beginning to end. Every person we worked with was knowledgeable and kind. Jacalyn did a great job suggesting the best product fit for our project and she kindly answered all of our questions. The installers were wonderful. They were approachable for questions and concerns. We could not believe how fast the project was completed. They went out of their way to ensure that all of the areas were clean after they were finished. I would highly recommend Carpetland to my family and friends!
Our entire experience was amazing! Mike Nielsen was so helpful and informative as we selected our carpet, and put together a quote very quickly. We are out of state and his willingness to email and text prior to us coming in town was so appreciative. The installers arrived on time and did a great job. I recently bought new carpet from Carpetland USA. Kris Weston was our salesman. He did a great job letting us browse and answering any questions we had. The installers did an awesome job. My husband used to lay carpet and is very picky. He was impressed with the job they did. Carpet looks great, no dings in the walls or woodwork and the stairs were done to perfection. This is our third time buying from Carpetland. We also paid $2000 less for a top quality carpet than a quote from another company for the same carpet. We’ll be back!
Worked with Jake Sommer to help get carpet installed in our basement after having to replace it due to the flooding from the big August 2025 storm.Jake was able to work quickly to get a quote together that we could provide to insurance for their estimate and also provide the pros and cons on replacing with carpet vs LVP.When the time came to get the carpet replaced and order, Jake was able to advise on what the best options were so we could match what we had previously. Jake gave an estimate and also provided timing on when the carpet would arrive and be ready for install.After ordering Jake let us know of the plan forward and hit the dates he provided previously. The installation team showed up on time and ready to go, completing the job in about 5 hours, working carefully to ensure everything was neat, even, and vacuumed before they left.Would recommend to anyone looking to get carpet or flooring completed.
