We had new hardwood installed and existing hardwood refinished, and only fantastic experiences with both. From asking a million questions at their showroom to scheduling to installation, everyone we worked with was knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy.

Specifically, we worked with Marcus, Dave, Andy, and Jeremy. They were all fantastic to work with. Marcus especially was helpful throughout the whole process, always available, and never tried to push a sale. The whole team was also very flexible, as we changed the scope of our work a few times.

We had our maple floors refinished from a light finish to a deep Jacobean. Tom was the easiest person to work with through the sales phase when we were determining what we would get done. Dave and his crew took over when we decided on refinishing. They even stayed late to provide me with samples on my flooring so I could see what looked best.
