My New Floors did our stairs and our hallway upstairs and they did a phenomenal job. The project manager was very communicative, The installers were friendly and efficient and kept everything clean. When we had a small miscommunication about our closets being included, they were quick to fix the miscommunication and have those get done as well. We plan to do more rooms and we will definitely use my new floors in the future.
New Floors did an incredible job!They came recommended by my mom — they refinished her wood floors and they looked amazing, so we decided to work with them as well. We had old carpet removed, and the hardwood underneath was refinished. The results are beautiful!The entire process was quick, seamless, and they walked me through every step so I always knew what to expect. Their communication was just as impressive as their workmanship. Highly recommend!

My experience with My New Floors Inc was excellent. We have an older home with the majority being wood floors (combination of oak and maple). The floors were discolored, scratched and the finish off in a few of the rooms. My New Floors were timely with the estimate and gave us options on timing of project, how to complete stairwell, and of course color. Prior to start of the project they sanded sections and colored them to make sure we liked the color we choose. Project went smoothly, the company maintained contact on progress since we were out of the home at the time. The finished product was excellent. I wish I would have taken better before pictures to compare. Some people thought we replaced the floor with new hardwood because of how good it looked.
