I would highly recommend Redesign Renovations for an interior remodel project. We urgently needed a shower rebuild to replace the old tub/shower unit after my wife took a bad fall and broke her leg. This was essential for her safety and Erjan immediately understood that need. I communicated our budget for the project and he made sure everything fit into that constraint. Simply put, the price he quoted was the price we ended up paying and it was within the range we needed to stay in. The crew did a wonderful job, it looks great and they were always on time, polite and helpful. They particularly understood my wife's respiratory problems and sensitivity to dust and chemicals and went out of their way to keep the project area (and our house) clear of anything that would cause her respiratory distress. The installation looks great and the area was well cleaned up after they were done. I've already talked to them about the next project I would like to get them to do for me in the future.
We had two rooms damaged from a burst pipe from the ice storm back in February. They came for an estimate and assured me they would be able to handle the work. They came when they said they would come. It was a comfortable and friendly environment. I never felt uncomfortable. Working around my schedule and my needs was very important and they were able to accommodate every request. There was no pressure to do extra work, but we decided to anyways. He was able to work that into the project, which was not easy. He never complained or made me feel bad for calling, texting, or answering any questions I had. The insurance company took way too long to process the claim and he came and got started anyways. The quality of work was amazing. He really cares about his customers and wants to give them the best service and end product. I highly recommend this company.
The flooring installation done by this company and specifically Brooklyn, Isaac and Jonah was beyond expectations. It is the most beautiful floor and these tilers are the hardest working and committed crew I’ve seen. The flooring turned out beautiful, I am loving my new floors.....all 2300sqft!
This company is great. The estimated time they gave me was one week to replace all my 6 rooms that had carpet, removed and replace with tile. The completed the job in just three days. Very hard working, respectful of property and personal belongings and very professional. I will use their service again in the future and will recommend them to friends. They show up on time, I could go on and on, I'm very pleased with my project and the result and the short time they completed it.
Erjan and his team were professional, and courteous. They arrived on time and completed the project ahead of schedule. They answered all my questions and went above and beyond in installing my new flooring. Out of all the many home improvement companies that I have worked with, Redesign Renovations out ranks them all. This is a top notch company and I highly recommend them. If 5 stars represents the best of the best, then I would give them a million stars. They are that good at what they do. The floor looks amazing, I love it!
