The CSG guys were not only pleasant and efficient, the job they did in our Fort Worth home (replacing our continuous wood floors, and then also some new carpeting in office and master closet) was exceptional. Highly recommend!!

Customer service got ruder each time. Didn't come out and inspect job before giving estimate. Nickle and dime you to death after quote. Customers unhappy with their work on 3 jobs. Do not recommend.

Zack was by far the best to work with. He was easy to talk to, quick to respond, and made the entire process feel simple and stress-free. He answered all our questions and made sure we were happy every step of the way.
The crew was also very respectful and cleaned everything up themselves, which we really appreciated. It made the whole project that much smoother.
I’d definitely recommend CSG West Granite and Floors to anyone looking for quality work and a team that truly cares.

Originally I reached out to four different flooring companies for hardwood flooring, and I asked for a more distressed look. Two of the flooring companies had no idea what I was talking about, even after I showed them pictures. When I walked into CSG, the flooring I wanted was on display in the showroom. Zach was the only one of the four to follow-up after the bid. He added me to the schedule and told me exactly what to expect from start to finish. The installers showed up on time and finished the job a day early, which in my experience of dealing with contractors, is completely unheard of. Zach was great to work with and the installers were professional and respectful. We are repeat customers, having used them several years ago, and will use them again!
