Brought photos of simple, basic design ideas--nothing elaborate. They could not provide what I wanted. Our rep was nice enough, but could not provide basic design advice. He's no longer with the store we found out when we had issues. Had to have carpet guys out 3 times to get the new carpet installed correctly. They were not punctual and cancelled at last minute too.
James was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us pick out our beautiful flooring that will stand the test of time with our 4 wild dogs! The installation was fast and seamless and the crew were professional and had great workmanship. We highly recommend Granbury Flooring Company and will use them again in our future projects.

We worked with James to chose our flooring for our new home. He was patient and helpful during some difficult decisions and second guesses. Our only frustration was they did not have all the various sizes that each of the samples were came in. So basically you had to use your imagination. But all in all a good experience. A fun and courteous staff; and did I mention James was patient ??
