We have lived in the same house for 32 years, the house itself is 48 years old. We contacted Jon Wintch/Vision Flooring, along with two others (one being a nationally known do-it-in-one-day company .. yeah, shoulda known better ??) to get estimates on removing 32-year-old carpet in three bedrooms and one hallway along with the removal of 32-year-old glued down laminate planks from our foyer and install luxury vinyl planks in its place throughout. It turns out our floors needed quite a bit of leveling which was well hidden under carpet but not acceptable for putting click lock luxury planks in its place without glue down.Jon was courteous, professional, and on time every step of the way. He has an exceptional work ethic and unparalleled attention to detail (even in the closets??)!During the installation process there were multiple times when he would go back through already laid planks and remove one that he didn't like how it looked or wanted to adjust the arrangement to make the floor as a whole look better. We always felt confident that when he was done, it couldn't have been done any better.We like the fact that Jon does the estimate, buys the supplies, and does the work himself! No middlemen! Nobody else can get the credit or the blame when the job is over. We also like that he was a local man with a family to support and a long history of doing this kind of work even before he was managing his own small business. We would not hesitate to ask him to do any other floor work we need done in the future!

Jon did an amazing job and even cleaned up afterwards. He gave me advise on cleaning products and sent me the links to learn about how to best care for my wood floors. Would recommend and use again??
