Purchased my shed door and windows from the Welland store. Excellent quality and easy install. Will use them for all my future needs.
Buyer beware. This place only cares about selling product. Customer service is terrible. They do not care about their customers. I have spent over 11k in product from them over the last 3 years. Most recently almost 5k in bathroom vanity and and faucets. Problems with 2 identical faucets that leak. I asked to return and went with Moen instead. I was told I am installing wrong and my Trades plumber is doing so as well. I have done this stuff dozens of times. I am not installing wrong. Asked my friend (plumber) for their opinion and after trying to install to verify faulty faucets. These faucets were approx 130 bucks each. Total cost approx 260 bucks. Rons can not be making more then 70-80 bucks on this sale. However, I was told too bad and no returns. Imagine if all of Ron's customers spend 11k with them over 3 years what kind of booming business they have??? Never spending another dime with them. Greedy jerks!
So thrilled I finally decided to venture in here and browse. I had no idea how great much stuff is crammed in that place! Got a few items to complete my bathroom reno... just wish I'd found Ron's BEFORE I started my reno. I've already recommended Ron's to 3 of my friends who are starting bathroom renos.
Purchased tiles from you a few weeks ago opened the boxes to install them and found every single tile in this condition. Make sure you check the products you buy from here.super unprofessional. All the other tiles I’ve purchased from this location have never had anything on them and this was my fourth time purchasing tile from them
I was impressed with the large selection at such reasonable rates! Ron was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. After asking what I was looking for, he pointed me to the most gorgeous and unique vanities... exactly what I wanted! Will be going back once we start our kitchen reno.Thank you again, Ron and Irene!
