Kevin was really helpful. He helped me pick out a carpet last minute, cut it out for me and loaded it into my car. He is a great person and I highly recommend this business. Had our kitchen and kids bathrooms replaced with tile, and had the grout redone in the master bathroom. Excellent Job and fairly priced. Entire process with Kevin was smooth, no delays, and made sure we were happy with and the results. We will reach out to him for future projects.

Kevin and his staff exceeded all customer service expectations. I used The Flooring Company to install new carpet throughout a condo which included stairs. After that, LVP was installed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Kevin is responsive and provides quality work at fair costs. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this business for any additional needs.
We are extremely happy with our new floor! We are in the process of re-doing a bedroom for our grandchildren that our kids slept in; that's how long we've lived in our house! Taking up carpet over 30 years old ... It's a job for someone who knows what they are doing. Kevin called us back after an initial contact on a Sunday. He was informative with helping us decide on a softer flooring for little ones that was not carpet because we didn't want carpet. He advised where we could choose a color/pattern online. Efficiently, we picked our floor, Kevin ordered the floor for us, set up a time to install, in 9 days....Bam!! New, beautiful floor. No pre-appointment of samples, no problems with scheduling. Kudos to Eli, he came and pulled up the old carpet and padding and worked clean and efficiently.... Kevin came as well; made sure we were happy, we couldn't have asked for more. Thank you Kevin. Next room; we won't think twice; The Flooring Department is our only choice.
