I just wanted to give a shout-out to the wonderful experience I had at the Liberty Center location. I was in need of a corner marble shower seat and the two that the store had, in the color I needed, were broken. The store manager, Sonya, went above and beyond to help me. She called the Cincinnati store to make sure the one they had was in perfect condition and then drove out to the Cincinnati location herself to bring the marble top to the Liberty Center location. She saved me a 50-minute drive! Thank you, Sonya!! That is what I call above and beyond service.
Josh and team is great! Amanda on the design team was amazing! She is new to the store and had to sometime get help for the location of some items but was very apologetic. All I did was show her pictures of my kitchen cabinets. I bought 2 different styles because her suggestions were so good and return the 8 boxes of the one I choose. The Backsplash that she picked for my kitchen was a perfect match. She also helped with ordering ting for my bathroom from the Cincinnati store. The whole team was amazing and I’ll be back

This store has completely lost my respect.I’ve been shopping at this Floor & Decor location since it opened, spending thousands on materials for my remodel. Today, I bought 8 large, very heavy boxes of tile. I asked a manager if someone could help me load them into my car. He said, “I’ll get someone.” That was the last I heard. No one ever showed up.I stood outside waiting. Nothing. No one came. No follow-up. No apology. I ended up loading all 8 boxes by myself. My back is now sore and hurting.How does a business that sells bulky, heavy items not have the basic decency to help customers load them? It’s not just bad service—it’s pure negligence. Especially when a manager—of all people—makes a promise and walks away like it means nothing. What made it worse was walking back in with the cart and being completely ignored. Not one employee looked at me, let alone said anything.This place clearly doesn’t care once they get your money. The customer service is absolutely pathetic. I expected better—especially from a store that relies on repeat business. Never again.
