When we moved into our new house, we were excited to partner with Dalene to do the flooring. The carpeting they provided was top notch, and the installer was very pleasant and professional. They also did a small tile job that I was pleased with. However, the low rating is due to the fact that they installed some laminate flooring in the basement that was terrible! The installer was late, and did a rush job. A few weeks later the flooring started to bubble up. When I called about their "love it, or return it guarantee" I was bounced around call centers. I eventually got a company representative to come out and he said, if I moved all the furniture out of the room, he would have his installer come back and re-glue it. But that's a huge inconvenience, based on their botched installation. In fairness, Dalene did credit me the installation fee for that laminate floor...hence the 2 stars, as opposed to 1 or none. Therefore, I would not recommend them for anything besides carpeting.
