Joe is a rare breed here in Florida. He responds to inquiries quickly, gives fair quotes immediately, continues consistent communication throughout the scheduling process, arrives on time, and completes the job with amazing attention to detail.

We had a corner tile against two different baseboards replaced. He fixed it carefully without causing damage to the baseboards and matched the grout color exactly.

He also did it in much less time than expected.

He’s a straightforward person that is simply accountable and professional.
