Installed vinyl over Mohawk hardwood. Hardwood rotted under vinyl within 5 years. Asked them to come repair it. Salesperson came, never heard back from them even after I emailed asking for the price for the repairs. Photos show what I found after removing the vinyl layer.
I have to give the highest recommendation to PS Flooring. This is a family owned operation and they were professional, friendly and accommodating. We were looking for wood/vinyl flooring and after a stop at their showroom in West Palm (thank you to Lucas and Bernardo), Patrick (one of the owners) came to our house with great suggestions for what kind of floor (color and material) and it turned out as good as we could have hoped. They provided a great price, much less than Home Depot, and that included the stairs, something HD would not do. Thank you to Patrick, his brother and the whole PS Flooring family for getting this done and making it easy for us!

PS Flooring did 3 bedrooms and a bath for us in December 2017.From the first meeting in their showroom, they showed us quality products, and help us decide what would be the proper flooring for our home in Wellington. We had been looking on and off for over 6 months. We looked at porcelain tiles, wood, laminate and finally decided on luxury plank vinyl. We have priced these products from Pompano Beach to Jupiter and PS Flooring gave us the best price on product as well as installation.We have special needs because of my wife's mobility issues and they were extremely helpful with suggestions, ideas and delivered on their commitments to make sure that there were no "trip and fall" issues with the installation.When the initial installation date had to be changed because the supplier of the material could not get the flooring to us in time, we got a phone call. The day before the demo of the existing floor, we got a phone call to confirm the next day's appointment. The communication was terrific throughout.The installers were efficient and made sure we were happy every step of the way.PS flooring are nice people who are reliable and do great work. As we all know this is unusual in South Florida. They price their products and service appropriately. I highly recommend them and wish we had more flooring needs, so we could use them again. They are so easy to work with.
