Quantum Floors did an excellent job installing my engineered hardwood flooring and soundproofing underlayment in my condo. Condo projects come with strict HOA rules, and Lucas and Jessica were incredibly helpful, professional, and easy to work with throughout the process. They were knowledgeable about the requirements and made everything seamless. The team also installed my baseboards, and the final result looks great. Highly recommend their work.
As a local realtor on one of the top teams in Jupiter, I had recommended my client to get a few quotes from local flooring companies as we are getting ready to list her home for sale. This company came out for the estimate and after a few days I had reached out to them as I still did not receive the estimate. The employee was confused as to why I did not receive the estimate yet and said he was call the person that came out for the estimate and would call right back. Here we are 3 days later and I still have not received the estimate. I also called them again and they must have seen my name come up so decided not to answer. Would NOT recommend. Seems as they are scared about competition which to me just means they are obviously well aware they are overpriced. My client went with another amazing local company which we have had a wonderful experience with, complete opposite from this company!
Shout out to the best team ever for making our dream home come to life!I was referred to Ryan and his team by my realtor and I am so happy we made the connection. I asked for my third floor to have all the carpet removed and have flooring in. He matched a beautiful neutral floor and was able to do the stairs and bedrooms all before our arrival. Excellent Work! Very pleased with our new floors.We worked with Aleph & Tony at the showroom and they were both very patient & helpful. Tony came to our house to measure and give us an estimate and we had a great time talking. He explained everything to us in detail and worked to give us the best price possible. The installers arrived, Marcos and another gentlemen, they were both very polite and professional. They worked non-stop and did a fantastic job on the install. They even were able to get around our hot water tank in a small closet. Our floors look fabulous and we are so happy. We will definitely use work with Tony & Aleph again when we need flooring.-Diana
