As a personal consumer this company was a terrible choice. When our home was built the builder used curly and when doing another project we returned. We had 8 pillars wrapped around our barn and were quoted 13,000 and accepted the quote. Upon the installer starting the block was missing for the foundation. Which turned to additional cost of $1000 for $150 worth of concrete blocks. Then after 5 post completed installer ran out of corner pieces, but still had tons of flat prices. They ordered more and delivered with out returning any flat pieces like requested. At this point I told the driver to just drop the corner pieces. I then Received a call from curly bros saying I needed to pay extra for said material before delivered on site. Luckily I was home and knew the material had already been dropped and was in my possession. I requested the sales person show up to jobsite and return the unused flat material before purchase of more corners. He then said fine we just won’t deliver the corners. I said well they are already here and are now mine, which turned his attitude all around. In the end I didn’t pay for more material but have been left with 1000’s in unused materail and a 3000lb bag of sand and trash on my drive way. Lucky for me I have heavy equipment to deal with said situation but would not recommend this company if your looking for a headache free vendor.
As a contractor, I appreciate the extended knowledge, advice, and help. Showroom is fantastic. Staff is fantastic, and they hold half day Saturday hours!
Their customer service sucks and they rip you off on supplies that you ordered and paid for. James has no idea what a ton is and has shorted me supplies needed for a job. They aren’t willing to admit when they are wrong or correct their mistakes only hang up on you and avoid your calls.
Wow, what a nice showroom! Juan was very helpful going thru all our options in brick and then considered stone as an option. We toured their extensive stock and looked at actual brick to compare with our existing brick. Matching a discontinued brick is not an easy task, but their knowledge and experience made things much easier.
