I had a good experience here. Purchased a nice living room rug. You really cant cheap on rugs. I tried to order from amazon and the quality of this one is night and day. Its pricey for my budget but i think its going to hold up for a good while. The customer service was good. No complaints.

Alexanian has been our "go to" flooring store for the last few years and we are now on our 3rd purchase; this time being a carpet purchase for the stairs and hallways. Prices at Alexanian have been excellent. All the staff that we have encountered have been very welcoming and helpful. Our salesperson has always been Ramie. He is very knowledgeable about all the flooring products, provides an honest opinion or alternative options and is a real pleasure to deal with. I know we will be returning to Alexanian once again to see Ramie for our next purchase. Both Alexanian and Ramie the salesperson are highly recommended.

It’s been just over a month since Alexanian Carpet & Flooring installed our new hardwood floors. When we visited the store, Customer Service Representative “Courtney Rutledge” greeted us and showed their wide selection of hardwood and laminate flooring explaining the pros and cons of each type of flooring. Courtney gave us a rough estimate of what the cost would be to tear out and install depending on the type of flooring we picked. He also gave us tips on how to save some money by doing some of the tear out ourselves. We did some shopping around to other flooring stores but kept coming back to Alexanian even after considering that some stores were a little cheaper but the customer service that we received from Courtney was second to none. Our flooring was originally scheduled to be installed sometime in July but Courtney was able to find us a cancelation so we were able to have it installed at the end May which was wonderful. The crew of three arrived around 9:30am on the day of the install, they were friendly and professional and started work immediately after arriving removing the old baseboards and the rest of the flooring that we were not able to remove ourselves. Once removed they started to install the new flooring cleaning up after each step. The installation only took the one day, they had the new wood floors and baseboards installed and all the little details completed. There was some dust still left for us to cleanup but that was to be expected. My wife & I painted the new baseboards added a couple of area carpets and had the furniture back in all the rooms by the next day. We are very happy how the new floors turned out; Alexanian did an amazing job. Courtney our customer service representative popped over a few days after the floors were install to see if we were happy, he inspected the floors himself to confirm that everything was done correctly. We would definitely recommend Alexanian Carpet & Flooring to anyone considering having new floors install.
