JR had visited our house for measurements around September/October 2025 and had advised us that Rick would co-ordinate the installation and choice of wood quote and reach out. Never heard back and we didn't pay much attention since it was almost past fall. A couple of weeks ago we visited the store in Whitby to pick up samples. JR came and took the measurements again. Didn't hear again from anybody so I called Rick a few days ago to obtain the quote. He didn't sound very helpful. Re-iterated my contact info and the wood we had chosen so that he could email the quote. No word as of yet. This is the most pathetic customer service I have experienced. A definite no to a business that doesn't respect a prospective customer's time.

These guys are great! I had a very specific, single piece of flooring that I needed and they were very helpful in ordering it (and even cut it to the specific size I needed) despite it not being a big order. I will definitely go back here…

The only place in the Durham Region for the best flooring products and customer service,from start to finish.We recently had LVP flooring installed in our basement and entrance stairs to the basement.Excellent customer service from Fahim in providing his price quote and offering product suggestions and very good pricing.Thank you,Fahim! The installers,Jason and Nicholas did a wonderful job;so hard working,meticulous and professional at all times.Thank you ! A few years ago,we had carpet installed in our living room ,in a hallway and circular staircase.Again great customer service.Margaret was so helpful in suggesting a product that would suit our needs . And installation to perfection. The staff at Dodd and Souter and their excellent contractors are the best.
