Stopped in on a neighbours recommendation. They had the perfect carpet for my stairs and at a reasonable price point. Colleen was super helpful. They measured a few days later and installation was not long after that. Very efficient, friendly staff. Highly recommend!
I recently purchased Carpet for my project from End Of The Roll and it was a great experience. Mike Who came to measure was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant, and the owner Colleen, bent over backwards to make sure my needs were met and the prices were great. The installers showed up and Did an excellent job of installing and also cleaned up after themselves impeccably, They didn’t leave one Carpet fiber behind lol . I would 100% recommend this store And feel good about my recommendation.
We received great customer service from Colleen and Mike with regards to options, prices and measurements. The turnaround time was quick as we purchased and had the installation done within a week. The installer, John, did an excellent job and left the spotless! We love the carpet and would certainly shop there again.
This was the third time I’ve used them in 15 years and I’m still happy. Colleen and Mike at the store were great to deal with. The installers were top notch: polite, efficient, on time and left ZERO mess. Way easier than the big box stores. Thank you for the great service.
