She delivered on all that she promised and more. She is knowledgeable, dedicated, has a keen eye for design that’s practical yet beautiful. She was totally accommodating when we wanted changes and respectfully suggested alternate designs or changes which in the end we have no regrets as the benefit and value are realized as we live in the house. Ivy definitely went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. She didn’t cut corners, and actually discovered things that we didn’t see and fixed them at no cost. Ivy and her team did an amazing job updating my kitchen. The price, quality, time spent and finishing went way beyond what I had expected. Her team went above and beyond the work they had promised me, they made sure that I was completely satisfied with the work and any minor changes I requested was done right away. They did not waste anytime doing other jobs in between my three week job, they worked from day one to the end straight. They had no problem changing the original design layout when they and we felt that another layout would better suit my home. Ivy's style is very modern and makes sure to check and correct even very small details of the work, that even we had missed of her crew, to make sure the renovation looks great. Thank you so much Ivy, I am so confident that you will handle all the details that I would give you the keys to my house next time and come at the end of it and find that you have taken care of everything.
