Very Professional. Staff was very helpful. The installers installed our New flooring Very quickly and it looks fantastic. Great attention to detail. They also put new carpet in my mother-in-law’s home and it looks fantastic as well. Very good experience twice with this company.

We bought our carpet from Texas Flooring Gallery and it was such an easy experience. Nathan was very helpful and knowledgeable as we selected our carpet. They quickly installed it and were professional, courteous, and efficient. We will definitely use them again! Great people!!!

We experienced a leak that ruined a carpeted area of our house, as well as the flooring in our laundry room.. Gavin and Daron were absolutely incredible to work with. They understood our needs and our time frame of the work needing to be completed. They went above and beyond to find product that they had in stock and quick availability of an installer to squeeze us in. The initial conversation to end job took six days... great pricing and great customer service. I will always recommend their work from here on out.

Outstanding customer service and laser focus on client satisfaction! Lane Landes, Business Owner, replaced some 16-yr-old flooring in our home by researching the issues we were having and persuading the manufacturer sales rep that the floor needed to be replaced under warranty…and they did! It’s a beautiful laminate wood floor of much higher quality than what we installed 16 yrs ago. Who does that after 16 years! Wichita Falls is blessed to have a business and business owner with such high quality standards and business practices. Installation team was excellent and very efficient! We couldn’t be more pleased!!!

We had some water damage to our laminate wood floors from the big freeze in February. Service Master called Lane Landes for us on a Friday and we expected to hear from him maybe the following Monday. But, no, he called us that evening and came by. What a nice man. I made an appointment with him to look at what was available and he showed me what was new. Boy have things come a long way since 2004! We ended up with vinyl planks. It was put in this week and looks amazing! Lane even came by to check on things! He is honest and fair! I feel like we got a great deal for our home! I highly recommend Texas Flooring Gallery!!
