Designer's Home Gallery

Baxter was helpful throughout the installation process. From picking the right color, the right product, and giving a realistic timeline for the job to be completed. Ricky installed the floors beautifully and the work is high quality. Thanks Designer’s Home Gallery for the great service and experience!

DHG is a distributor for a product I picked out online. I live 3 hours away, and I’ve never been in their store. However, I had great success working with them via phone, email, and text to get the desired product bought, shipped, and a few left over cartons returned. Specifically, Mike Baxter was excellent to work with. It’s been awhile since I’ve experienced customer service so thorough and persistent with following up to make sure everything is going well. Highly recommended!

Hello Ben. My wife and I both were very well pleased with all aspects of Matt’s interaction with us. He worked very hard to meet our needs. All of our expectations were met. Also we are happy we went with your company versus a larger company. It gave us more of a hands on feeling. I’m not on facebook but please feel free to share this as you wish. Also we would recommend you and Matt to our friends and family. Thanks. Terry and Sherrie.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Designer's Home Gallery! After shopping all over Wichita and comparing multiple showrooms, nothing came close to the professionalism, pricing, and service we received here. Ben Henwood and his team were incredible from start to finish. Ben is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer every question and made sure we felt confident in our decisions. What really set them apart was their AI technology that allowed us to see the flooring in our actual rooms. That made choosing materials so much easier and removed all the guesswork. It was a game changer. On top of that, their pricing beat the competitors we visited in Wichita — and the quality is outstanding. We couldn’t be happier with the transformation of both our home and our investment property. If you’re looking for flooring or materials and want honest guidance, competitive pricing, and next-level visualization tools, Designer's Home Gallery is the place to go. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about Designer’s Home Gallery and, in particular, its owner, Ben Henwood. Ben is exactly the kind of business owner you want to deal with: ethical, fair, and genuinely committed to doing right by his customers. He takes responsibility for issues when they arise, addresses them head-on, and makes sure the customer is treated well and the job is done correctly. That level of ownership and integrity is rare, and it shows in how his business operates and how loyal his customers are. On a more personal level, I also respect Ben because he actually cares about the health of the local contractor market. He works with me to make sure bad actors don’t keep getting away with hurting customers and poisoning the well for honest businesses. That tells you a lot about his character and his standards. If you’re looking for flooring from a company that does things the right way, with an owner who stands behind his work and his people, Designer’s Home Gallery is exactly where you should go.
