After dealing with a long string of disappointing contractors, missed quotes, outrageous pricing, and poor reviews, we were beyond frustrated. That all changed the moment we reached out to Giant Floor in Wilkes-Barre.

From the very first visit, the experience was seamless. They came to our home, gave us a quote on the spot (which was so fair and reasonable I locked it in immediately), and helped us select the perfect flooring. No delays, no games, just professionalism and efficiency.

The work itself- impeccable! They replaced two entire sets of tile flooring, no easy task, and had everything completed in just two days. Not only was the work flawless, but they also left no mess behind. Everything was clean, beautiful, and exactly as promised.

We finally have the floors we dreamed of, and we couldn’t be more thankful for the craftsmanship, speed, and care Giant Flooring delivered. This was hands down the most pain-free home improvement experience we’ve ever had. Highly, highly recommended!
