We had an excellent experience with Floor Concepts. They replaced the carpet and installed hardwood floors in our home, and the results look amazing. Karly was fantastic to work with—very professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. The pricing was fair, the installation was completed on time, and the crew was efficient and respectful. Great quality work from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Called floor concept look for a few square feet of hardwood flooring. Water damaged 60+ year old house. Bill told me to stop in think he may have what I looking for. Turns out had exactly what I needed. Ended up give it to no charge. Very knowledgeable. I have purchased LVF about a year ago good quality material and knowledge staff. A1 highly recommended.

We have used Floor Concepts for all of our carpeting needs for over 20 years now. The staff is consistently top notch. Ray completely understood our needs after a few minutes and presented us with a couple of options. Then the install crew arrived and they were extremely professional. In the end, our job was perfect. Thanks FC, see you again when the need arises.

I recently settled on a condo in early January and wanted to replace all of the flooring in the unit prior to moving in. I worked with Bill who was super responsive and worked quickly to ensure that we fit both my budget and short timeline. I ultimately decided to have vinyl plank installed in the living area, tile in the kitchen, and new carpeting in all other areas. Bill helped me pick the perfect flooring for each area and the final results of the entire project exceeded my expectations. Ariel and Carlos did an exceptional job on the vinyl and tile installation, while Efrain and his team did an amazing job on the carpet installation. Both teams worked efficiently and I am so happy with the high quality results. The new floors truly transformed the space prior to move-in and I would not hesitate to work with Floor Concepts again in the future!
