I wish I could give Floor Source Outlet 10 more stars— they are absolutely fantastic to work with. We are currently underway with a flooring project with them and it has exceeded our expectations, and the project isn’t even done! Sonny is one of the kindest folks we have worked with, and him and the rest of his team are truly one in a million. We are also going with FSO to do our new kitchen cabinets and we couldn’t be more excited. We are new to Wilmington and were nervous to find good contractors to work with, but we would recommend FSO to anyone!

What an amazing company who cares about their customers. From the minute, I made an inquiry they were very responsive. They have fair pricing and the crew who did the work was exceptional. Everyone showed up on time and expectations were exceeded. Rebecca Heritage is also a great customer success manager. That only did she call me once the job was complete to ensure satisfaction, she insisted on coming out to make sure that her crew delivered in the way that she knew best. What an amazing company and a rare one, indeed. If you can find a company like this one, spread the word.

Sonny is a gem and a pleasure to work with. Stopped by his establishment 1st in a day of visiting 7 other flooring companies. He struck me right away with his customer service and expertise and helped me find exactly the sample flooring I was looking for. Usually I don't pick the first contractor I meet with, but it was apparent to me after talking with all the others that this company was going to meet my needs. I got a quote based off of my un-exact measurements, and once he was able to come and measure himself, the quote turned out to be less! I now have enough experience with other contractors to realize many are horrible at communicating and leave the constant follow-up to the customer. Sonny made a point of checking in via email, text and phone, responded to all my questions and it was a relief to have someone guide me through the process. After the job was done, he gave me a discount for some slight marks the installation caused to a few of my walls that will be easy to paint over. He also made it easy and convenient to pay my bill. I have included some before and after pictures - LOVE the results!

We're so happy with our new floors. We purchased both engineered hardwood and luxury vinyl from Floor Source Outlet and had them do the installation. The experience was quick and extremely professional. Working with Sonny was a pleasure, and we highly recommend this company! From start to finish, their attention to detail was incredible, and their pricing can't be beat.
