Pete and his team were fantastic to work with!! They are efficient workers with an eye for perfection. I had constant communication and transparency throughout the whole process. Pete helped me pick the perfect LVP flooring for my home, and his team worked so hard to get everything done quickly! I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs any flooring done - these guys are experts!!

We love our new floors!! …thanks to Harbour Flooring, Pete Ward and his crew for a superb job significantly transforming our home into a more updated and beautiful space and undoubtedly increasing it’s value. We were given a thorough consultation and explanation of the proposed work and a comprehensive breakdown in the quote. They installed and finished new hardwood as well as sanded and finished older, existing flooring for a blended and seamless transition from room to room. From demolition and installation to completion, there was detailed communication amongst all parties daily. The crew arrived each morning on time, kept the work area organized and clean and we were updated regularly on timelines and expectations. Pete, his guys and all of the subcontractors that he suggested were amazing! They not only took pride in their work and did an excellent job in our master bath, but they took all precautions necessary to make sure that our home (walls, floors, cased openings, etc.) were protected and unharmed during the entire process. Pete communicated with us constantly and never failed to respond to a text or phone call. Everyone showed up when we were told that they would, did their job and were approachable with any questions or concerns that we might have had. Pete from Harbor Flooring is hands down the best contractor we've ever worked with. He recommended the Schluter system for our bathroom tile work when other contractors wanted to cut corners, and wow, what a difference it makes! Pete also connected us with an amazing tile designer who helped us pick the perfect look, and even recommended the glass installer who finished everything beautifully. His team showed up on time every day and worked super fast while still doing incredible work. What really blew us away was when we had to change something mid-project, Pete's team actually suggested redoing a few tiles to make sure everything looked perfect. They didn't have to do that but they wanted it done right. He even knocked out our closet floor in half a day. If you're thinking about tile work, don't waste time comparing. Pete delivers the best quality and actually cares about making your project amazing. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out!
