Great Floors Windsor

We had an awesome experience working with Shannon at great floors, the service in store was excellent. The installer John did an awesome job with the installation of waterproof vinyl flooring in our basement. He was very meticulous, clean and timely.

Inital experience was great with Shannon on picking out new flooring to quoting the installation. She made it quick and easy to follow. However, we could not go with the services due to other immediate factors but will consider Great Floors in the future!

Josh at Great Floors was kind and provided us with quality products. While I appreciated his help, I did feel a bit rushed during the planning stage of my in-store appointment. There seemed to be a lack of guidance at that point, and perhaps having an additional staff member available to assist walk-ins would have helped. At the time, I didn’t feel like my time was fully valued. That said, I don’t want that initial experience to overshadow the overall project. Amer and the installation team did outstanding work—their attention to detail and craftsmanship truly impressed us. We had LVP flooring, tile flooring, and a backsplash installed, and the results exceeded our expectations. We are extremely happy with the final result and would highly recommend Great Floors for anyone looking for quality materials and professional installation.

I recently purchased flooring and tile from this store after my contractor recommended them, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. A special shout-out to Shannon, who went above and beyond throughout the entire process. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and truly took the time to understand what I was looking for. Since I don’t live in the area, Shannon even went out of her way to take photos of their inventory and text them to me, which made the selection process so much easier. Her customer service was outstanding, and it made a potentially stressful decision so much smoother. The selection of products was fantastic, and the quality is exactly what I was hoping for.
