We went to the store and spoke with owner ,Evan , and he educated me on the pros and cons of Cork flooring. He showed us different alternatives based on quality, functionality and budget. We are having a consultation in our home with him to design our kitchen. We will keep you posted people!

Working with Floor Country was a breeze as their staff is very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with! They installed new flooring, baseboards, and some door casings throughout our condo unit. From choosing flooring with the proper specs, down to working with our schedule and communicating very clearly as installation was happening—every aspect was professional and well managed. Initially approached Floor Country Canada for flooring options. An in home appointment was scheduled. Upon further discussion with their designer, Hency Patel, we decided to also update our kitchen and main floor. Hency developed a design to incorporate all our ideas. Throughout the process she was able to offer solutions and make recommendations. She developed a schedule for our project, ensuring products and contractors were available. Hency remained in close contact with us throughout and did not make us feel rushed. She always had time for our questions. We can attest that Floor Country works with skilled and professional trades which made the process simple and stress free for us. Floor Country’s team approach ensured everyone working on our project were fully informed. We very much appreciated the effort that Evan, Hency, Eddy and others put into our project, ensuring work remained on schedule and of high quality. These efforts greatly reduced stresses normally associated with renovations. Even though unexpected electrical and plumbing issues surfaced during the project, solutions were found and quickly addressed. Overall, we are very satisfied with the quality of work, professionalism and commitment. We always felt our project was priority with everyone connected to the project. I can’t recommend Floor Country enough, to anyone that wants to do kitchen renovations and/or flooring! From the first stages of planning and design ideas, straight through to working with all the different professions (Cabinetmakers, countertop guys, painters, flooring, etc) - It’s always so stressful doing something like this, and I was overwhelmed at the beginning… but Hency was a calming force, meticulously keeping us up-to-date with the floorplan, who is coming in to do the work… Absolutely everything. If there was a hiccup, no problem, it was dealt with professionally and we were always happy with the result. We absolutely love our kitchen and New floors!!
