Johnny is a great guy and did a fantastic job on our floors. We went from old carpet and creaky, warped floors on two levels to perfectly levelled and expertly installed luxury vinyl plank and updated carpet and couldn't be happier with the work and the price.Johnny did an incredible job problem solving for hidden home security wiring, baseboards and handled multiple sets of stairs perfectly (with both plank and carpet). When a couple of stubborn areas began to show more wear and tear than expected after a few months, Johnny came back no questions asked and fixed anything we weren't 100% satisfied with.I would absolutely recommend Johnny and NorthWest Floors to anyone looking to give their home a facelift with new flooring!
Excellent service and fair pricing, we are extremely happy with our flooring in our home! The NorthWest team worked on multiple projects in our home including tile, carpet and LVL plank. They provided solutions to some existing flooring concerns, and worked with us within our budget. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, and ensuring the job was done to their high standards. Highly recommend this company. Johnny really knows his stuff. He'll do his best to accommodate whatever you need. They clean up after they're done so you don't even know they were there. He takes pride in his work as well as paying great attention to detail in training his young apprentice Craig. Whom I will also say is very meticulous in his work as well.Even the superintendent of the condo that I live in highly recommended him.I had vinyl plank flooring put in with rubber baseboarding in kitchen, dining room, hallway closets. I will definitely be having him back to do work when I'm ready for my next project and will recommend him to family and friends.
Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish! We had new flooring installed in our kitchen and back entrance area, and Johnny and team went above and beyond in every way. They suggested smart solutions we hadn’t even considered, and their attention to detail ensured everything turned out perfectly. They showed up exactly when they said they would, cleaned up at the end of every day, and kept the space tidy throughout the project. What really stood out was how they quickly and professionally resolved an issue that wasn’t even their fault—just because they cared about the final result. Truly top-notch workmanship and customer service. Highly recommend!
Fair price and excellent work!!I would highly recommend NorthWest Floors. Johnny was super friendly and easy to work with. You can tell he is passionate about what he does and the quality of his work shows it. We hired his company to prep our old cement floor, install carpet tile, install flooring on the landing, replace the caps on the stairs and add some trim to the stairs to finish it off. We will definitely hire them again!
