Douglas Flooring was recommended to us after experiencing two botched floor refinishing attempts on our master bedroom red oak flooring. The previous flooring refinishing company end product resulted in visible blotches and physical damage into the floor surface by the sanding equipment.Garrett of Douglas Flooring came to our home to examine the extent of the damage and provided a most agreeable quotation to correct the damage and to refinish the floor. We accepted Douglas' quote and Garrett worked his magic to our floor resulting in an "as new" finish.In closing, Douglas Flooring owns their own high end quality refinishing machines and use Bona Products. Douglas Flooring has been great to work with over the years. They installed Brazilian cherry hardwoods in two rooms and recently fixed another company's mistakes. We had our kitchen remodeled and several areas needed to be patched. The kitchen remodeler's flooring company did a terrible job and took shortcuts that led to loose boards in less than a year. Douglas Flooring did a fantastic job fixing the other company's mistakes. I highly recommend them.
