They were very knowledgeable and helpful. Found exactly what I needed. Also gave me some sealer for free when I forgot to order it.

Tom was amazing. I needed a very specific type of manufactured hardwood flooring that is no longer popular. I couldn't find it anywhere. I called Tom and he was a total bloodhound. He hunted down EXACTLY what I needed and arranged to have it delivered to me in Snohomish.
At this flooring store, they make your problem their problem. They partner with you to understand your needs and make sure you are getting the best flooring for the best deal.
I had given up finding what I wanted before I called Tom at Carpet Masters Carpet One. I couldn't be happier with the service I received and the product they found for me. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We've had good experiences each time we've used this company (probably 5 times over the last 6 years). Good quality.
