The whole team at Cost Less Carpets on 5th ave are customer focused. They know thier products and are very knowledgable. I did a lot of shopping around for months and kept coming back to Cost Less Carpet. I choose them for my Living Room, Kitchen and Bedroom Flooring. I returned for my "full bathroom" shower and floor remodel. "It's like going to the spa" The choices are many and the product is quiality. They also did my stairs to the second floor. It is stunningly beautiful. I wil return when I am ready to begin remodeling the second floor. Joan Walsh.

I had a great experience here yesterday. Everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable, patient and more importantly honest. They didn't try to upsell me on products, in fact they returned some of the products I bought on accident, telling me these expensive water sealants weren't needed for my project. Their inventory and options are also very impressive. I will be coming back for sure!!

They lack communication and integrity; I won't ever use this company again. They said it would all be done in one day, they lied. They were here for 12 hours and worked late, i had to kick them out of my house because i wanted to go to bed. They arrived the following day to finish. They gave me a contract, and when it was time to pay, they changed the contract (you can't change a contract without a meeting of the minds) and added an extra $83 and then charged me $100 to move 4 appliances and they only moved them 2 feet. Be careful with the sub-contractors they send to your home to install; they got glue on my couch and ruined a sweatshirt i had hanging in the bathroom to dry, they got glue all over in, they rolled it up in a ball and hid it in the bathtub. I deducted the $30 i paid for the sweatshirt from the over inflated bill.
This company is a joke, avoid at all costs.
There are other flooring people in Yakima, cost less carpets doesn't always cost less. Read your contract, know your contract and don't be screwed by Cost less carpets Yakima.

We purchased all of our LVP and carpet from Cost Less Carpets in Yakima. Arturo was very knowledgeable and the price was much less than we were quoted though Costco. We had the very best experience with our installer Juan. So very happy, highly reccomended.
