Austin was wonderful. Completed our bathroom in half a day. It looks great and we're looking forward to seeing the dining and kitchen area done. Thanks again, Austin!

Great flooring selection. Austin hooked me up with some tile samples to take home, which made it easy to choose the right size and color for my home. Great customer service!

Today we received our second purchase and installation from Bob's. We are very pleased with every aspect of our purchase from visiting the showroom to the installation. They even sent a gentleman to follow up the same day to make sure we were 100% satisfied. What an outstanding company! We will definitely go back anytime we have additional needs. Did I mention it's not one and done? They guarantee their work and will come back if there's any future problems. We highly recommend Bob's flooring!

Kate’s service was excellent. Kat listened to what we wanted, let us make our own selections and added some tips and suggestions after seeing our photos. She suggested we take a few more samples to try out at home and showed us the different angles to view the samples and make sure the colour matched countertops, cabinets and furniture. A non stressful experience!! A great purchase. Great service! Thank you!!

Austin, did a great job with setting up my appointment for our room measurements and then guiding us through on selection of our carpet color, he was never pushy and allowed us to think about what we wanted. Great sales etiquette and we look forward to our new carpet installation!
