I got a couple garage doors installed. One was a normal sized door and the other was a custom size that was not quotable through their software. Scott, the owner, called me to talk about the quotes and said he would call the manufacturer and see what he could do. Excellent service. Paul was my tech and he was fast and friendly. He explained why my keypad was not working and offered to try and fix it. I wanted a new keypad and he installed it faster than I could say I wanted a new keypad. This company installed a new 'opener' in 2021 and even made some repairs on my garage door too. I would highly recommend them!!
Castle is a Home Depot subcontractor. I purchased a door opener and prepaid for their installation. Castle came out and refused to install the opener unless I also agreed to purchase a new garage door.I’ve live here 45 years and this would be my third opener. Not bad for products that only guarantee for four years. Same garage door.Home Depot needs to reevaluate their vendor procedures. This was not what I expected. I’m having the opener hung by a local contractor.
I had a fantastic experience with Castle Garage Doors! We were looking to upgrade our old and noisy wood garage door, and Matt walked me through various options in an informative, courteous and thorough manner. After finalizing selections for the new opener and door, Jake promptly gave me a call and scheduled an installation for the very next day, and also took care of payment and invoicing in an efficient manner. Doug was our friendly installation technician, and did a wonderful job installing the new door, removing the old one, clearing the work area and taking the time to clearly explain all the features of the new door and opening mechanism. We’re delighted with our new door, which is so much quieter and can conveniently be opened by keypad and with our phones. Matt, Jake and Doug are all top-notch professionals, and I highly recommend Castle Garage Doors!
