Heard what sounded like an explosion one night. Next day when we didn’t find any debris, we found the garage door wouldn’t open, l found the spring had broke. Called Tim, had a new spring installed within 36 hours. Good leaders have good well trained and trustworthy employees.Always recommend, neighbors used them a week or so later, their garage is fixed too!
If I could give 10 stars I would. I had a spring break and the door wouldn’t open which is a pain bc that’s how our dog goes in and out. The young man who came to fix the door came same day within 3 hours. He replaced both springs, oiled everything up, and fixed the problem we had where I had to hold the button the entire time to get the garage to close. He was sooo pleasant and answered all my questions and showed me what to do for Maintenance. I won’t use any other company again- only Davis. And it was way less expensive than I anticipated.I highly recommend them!
Our garage door spring broke and I called Davis Door for an estimate on the repair. They gave us a great price, and scheduling service was quick and easy. The technician arrived on time, finished quickly, and even took extra time to grease a few parts on our garage door that needed attention. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. Davis Door will be the only garage door company we use moving forward, and I highly recommend them!
