If you need anything garage door related, THIS IS THE COMPANY! My mother recently found herself in a predicament with a garage door that wouldn’t go down. She googled garage door repair and was almost the victim of a horrible scam by a non local company claiming to be local. We quickly had her cancel the other service and my brother contacted Albany Saratoga Doors. Charlie was great from the first phone call to taking care of my mother in a professional, timely fashion. This company is more than fair with pricing. Charlie, if you read this, thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking such good care of my mother. I hope your kindness rewards you greatly.

Charlie was professional, prompt, polite, knowledgeable and funny! He did a great job repairing my springs and making all the adjustments for a fair price. My door operates like new now. Thank you Charlie!
