Jennifer in the office was extremely nice and provided all the information and advised me of what info I needed to gather.She put me in a 12 to 4 block, and the Installer would call me 30 minutes before he arrived. Well, the phone rang at 12:05 and I was pleased to find out that he was only 15 minutes away. I explained to him what I wanted, what I needed, and an hour and a half later it was complete. Installer was Hunter. he was extremely professional, friendly, and described everything so easily to understand. I can definitely recommend Murphy’s. You get what you pay for, so if you want trash, call somebody else!

Hunter explained all controls and even some routine maintenance advice. We’ve had a lot of different work done since we moved in 4 years ago. We recently had our garage door replaced by Murphy Overhead Doors. We received great service while choosing our new door and placing the order. Our technician Hunter was punctual, very professional and did a great job removing our old garage door and installing the new door. He provided helpful information on regular maintenance needed to keep the door functioning properly. Our overall experience was great as have been all other experiences with Murphy over the last 10 years, prior to the new door replacement they had repaired our old garage door and installed an opener. Always prompt and professional.I would not hesitation in recommending Murphy Overhead Doors.
