Well, I crunched my second garage door in three years by backing into it. For as upset as I was, my car was now stuck in the garage, and I called Precision Garage Doors. They came the next morning at 8am. The estimator was able to get the door back on track enough for me to get my car out, and gave me an estimate which included the tax, and ordered my replacement. They were back at 3pm to install my new door. After the door was placed, my 30yr old opener would not work. They came back the next morning (different technician) to install the new opener only because I had an appointment and could not stay later. The techs that came to my house were so pleasant and friendly. They understood how upset I was at having to pay for a new door, and were very professional. They cleaned up after themselves and I couldn’t be happier. Having to make a purchase like this unexpectedly, I didn’t have much time to research however after the estimate I did do research. I found that their prices were very fair, and they had great reviews. I would recommend this company! Great service, fair prices and great employees.
Called Precision Overhead Garage Door Services because our neighbor had recently used them and had a wonderful experience. Never dreaming within a few weeks, we would be needing their services. However, friendly initial phone call, to the agent (Nolan) arriving and back up help (Zach) everything was stellar! We had an issue with our motor and hardware and within a few hours (same day), everything was changed out and adjusted and our door now is silent! Highly skilled, knowledgeable, personable and friendly staff. Definitely recommend their services!
