Gilbert Varela tuned up my door with the special they were running and my old door finally runs quietly. Amazing that he could get rid of the noise for only $30 bucks and he showed me that all the components were safe and functional. I got both peace of mind and an amazing value!! He also shared good tips and info so I have more knowledge about my door now as well.
Andres is very professional , knowledgeable, explained and showed me any issues and what may need attention and what needs to be replaced or updated. I asked many questions and let him know the concerns I had, Andres answered all my questions and gave me what it would cost to repair.
Matt was very professional and really knows his stuff! Of course, I couldn't replicate the issue when he arrived (Isn't that always the way? Lol!), but Matt checked everything out and serviced as much as he could to make it safe. It's very smooth now, but unfortunately need a new door. I'm a renter with an amazing landlady. Matt explained everything to her and gave pricing options. When she's ready, we'll be using A1 (and specifically Matt) for the installation. I highly recommend this company!P.s. Booking the appointment online waived the trip fee. That's a very nice touch, A1! And I like that they don't charge by the hour, so you know what to expect upfront.

I bought my door 4 years ago and got the 5 Star full warranty. I've been so happy with my beautiful garage door and the service at A1. Andres was icing on the cake! If I had to do it all over again, I absolutely would!
