They were on time, friendly and professional. The techs diagnosed my door’s problem and solved the issue for far less than I had expected. I’ve used them before and will call only Family Prestige Garage Doors. I highly recommend them.

Family Prestige are the best! My teenager hit the frame of the garage and they were out at my house in a half hour and fixed the frame quickly! Thank you!
Rebecca Recalde
Highly recommend! They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, and took the time to explain the issues and various options for our garage door repair. The work was completed quickly, and we called them back the next day for an issue that ended up being unrelated to the work they had just completed, but they quickly fixed that too. Our door now runs smoothly and quietly. We will definitely call them again if we need any help with our garage door, and will recommend them to anyone needing repairs or a new garage door.

Jose and and his team fixed a garage door that I thought would have to be replaced. Saved time and money. Courteous same day service. Best quality and value. Highly recommend .

Jose is very knowledgeable, professional & kind. We have a home in DC from being stationed there with the Air Force. We now live out west, so adding a garage door was complicated, but Jose made it a smooth process. His customer service is excellent, for which we are grateful.
