He was prepared with all parts and accessories to complete the repair (by himself). He explained the necessary repairs in full and once completed demonstrated that the garage door was operating correctly and smoothly. I would recommend MR. Mr Door inc and Joel did a terrific job. Our garage door needed to be replaced due to existing damages from previous owner. From booking the appt to getting the job done happened almost immediately, less than a week from quote to replacing the whole system, door, motor, etc.The attention to detail Joel had was great. After installing the door, there was a minor gap from the weather seal and the base of the door, that they elected to come back with a thicker seal to ensure highest quality. I can't thanks them enough for the professionalism and knowledge they provided and would recommend to anyone that needed regular maintenance to a full system upgrade, go and use Mr Door inc if you are in the DMV.
