Fantastic service!!! I called for our garage door to be repaired and they would have sent someone out the same day but I needed it a day later. Rich was wonderful- friendly, efficient and also gave great recommendations for the future! Will definitely be using this company again!
Tommy was great to speak with and everything occurred as promised. Previously, I called a different company and the guy didn’t show as promised and never called me. The Girard experience was the opposite. They even called to let me know the repairman was running a few minutes late. Girard treats you like they care and that’s getting rare in the repair business. Do not hesitate to use them. They are tremendous.
I went to open my garage door this morning and it started and stopped right away. Investigating, I found a cable had frayed and snapped on the one side. I couldn’t raise the door myself and both our cars were in the garage, we were stuck. I called Girard’s Garage Door Services and they had Mike come out within 4 hours and he had all the hardware replaced in 90 minutes. Back up and running early the same day! Mike was knowledgeable and professional explaining my options and quick to execute my choice. I would definitely recommend Girard’s
I normally don’t post reviews but the service was so above and beyond that I have to leave an amazing review. I heard a loud bang during the morning but after checking the house I couldn’t initially figure out what happened. It was a little later when I was leaving for work that I saw the cable on the garage door looked funny and the door only opened 3/4 of the way up and I couldn’t get my car out. I called Girard’s (which we have used before and were happy with) and the woman told me she could have someone over within 30 minutes. The technician arrived in just over 20 minutes, saw the spring had broken, and had my door repaired in 20 minutes. He even checked the other door to confirm it was in good working condition, which it was. I was so impressed with the immediate service and efficient repair. In addition, they were so friendly and attentive to the fact that my car was stuck in the garage. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing garage door services!
Called and spoke with Sandy and Tommy on a Monday afternoon after my garage door broke, both of which were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Got scheduled for a a Wednesday afternoon, the technician Mike showed up during the prescribed (2) hour window, Mike was very professional and exhibited an abundant amount of knowledge and skill of garage door repair. The repair was timely and priced well. Had the broken spring replaced and a tune up on the whole door while he was here. Overall very happy with the service provided by the whole team at Girard's and would recommend their business to anyone looking for repair or installation.
