Bob and his whole team at Hendershot door are always helpful. We have a busy business and need our doors to be operable all the time. They were able to fit me into their schedule for one problem they know we always have. And today Bob was able to troubleshoot a simple loose wire on my door. Saving me a service call. But they will always have our business anytime we need them. Which is annually, but that’s part of a business. Thank you again!

Bob was knowledgeable and efficient and kept me entertained throughout the entire process. He gave me helpful hints to keep things working smoothly and explained what he was doing as he went along. One of my 11 year old garage doors wasn’t working properly. I called Hendershot because they came highly recommended. The next day, Bob, one of their employees called to schedule an appointment. We set up a tentative time and the next day, he contacted me to make it more specific. He was right on time. He explained everything he did and why. He checked everything on both doors. He was here quite a while. I ended up having him replace my springs because he showed me a problem with that particular door that the other door did not have and I never noticed. He was not insistent, left it up to me. He lubricated both door systems. Everything was covered under the $125 service call price except the 2 springs, and they were reasonable. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
