All I can say is Thank the Universe for Summit Door!I had the pleasure of working with Summit Door over the last 4 years in helping to keep our 35 year old Senior Garage door in working condition.Their team did a fantastic job each time coming out to fix the issue. The Senior Door started to have a great deal of issues and the biggest one was dealing with the door not opening periodically which kept my Jeep hostage!!Problems with the cable, hinges, spring etc. starting happening.Finally, it was time. I got a quote from Kevin who came out to give it to me and I was pleasantly surprised with the quote and what was guaranteed etc!Sad as it was, we had to let our Senior Garage Door retire.A couple weeks ago Summit installed our Young brand new Garage Door and it works perfectly! WE LOVE IT!!No noises, it opens perfect every time and the only thing that I will miss is my bi monthly phone calls to Summit to arrange a repair!I have to say that each time I had to call Summit Door to repair our Senior Door they scheduled us within a day and that is almost unheard of!Their Office Staff, Sherri and Shelly are great to deal with as are the Team Brian, Kevin etc that come out to repair/install your Garage Door.Call them you won't be disappointed!
This was my first time replacing a garage door in my life. I did my due diligence and had 4 estimates. Kevin, the estimator, took his time and explained and answered everything. He even explained stuff that I was not aware of.All the estimates were all in range, so my gut feeling was to go with Kevin from Summit Garage. His winning personality and confidence won it for me. From there, all my conversations were over the phone with Sherry. She constantly answered my questions and made things simple for me.Austin, the installer, and Shelley, his assistant, were FANTASTIC! Everything that Kevin said would be done was performed by Austin.My biggest concern was that I had a 2 1/2 drop into my garage, which I use rubber ramps to drive my vehicle in and out. Austin took care of all my concerns with ease. Even the unforseen hiccups, which Shelley had to leave and come back a few times. Once Austin was finished, he explained the features, but most of all, I had an operating garage door with no.daylight coming through. I can feel the difference in temperature now. It's a lot warmer now in the garage. The old garage door was removed, and the garage was cleaned up.My wife and I now have an Olympus garage door with a LiftMaster WiFi garage door open with car remotes, making our lives easier for years to come.
Had two older wood garage doors removed and they installed two new metal insulated doors with new openers, couldn’t be happier with the doors and installation, all the wiring was done very neat and looks great, the guys were professional and got the job done in a few hours. Highly recommend!!
