Outstanding experience. Jim made sure we were safe even though our garage door, damaged when a car backed into it, would not close completely. Repair appointment was immediately set up and then Paul did an outstanding job in doing the repairs. Cost was very fair. You were very honest with me. I would imagine that some vendors would have claimed that I needed new door openers. You did not do that. You corrected the problems with the few new parts needed and only charged me about $250. I am so appreciative.
From the moment I called I knew I found the right spot. The spring broke on my garage door and the company that I previously used had closed up shop. I called another company first and their customer service was horrible. Being polite was "OVER their HEAD". My second call was to Whitehall Door and Steve answered the phone. He took the time to listen to my issue and educate me on different types of springs. He advised that we replace both springs because the second one would likely fail in the near future. He gave me the price on doing the one that broke and another price to do both. He stated that he would be more than happy to do either service and get me back up and running. I opted to have both replaced at once because the logic and the price made sense. The next day, Jim arrived for the repairs. Jim was just as nice as Steve. He showed up on time, he was respectful of the property and completed the job in a timely manner. He took the time to lubricate all the components and explain the work that was completed. I've been dealing with Whitehall Door for 15 years. Recently I replaced a garage door opener, the tech that did the install was great. Friendly, informative and did a great job. Today I had my other garage door opener replaced and had the same experience with a different tech. Very helpful getting me set up with the app. They made sure that I was satisfied with the installation before they left. Great Service!
I could not be more happy or impressed by Whitehall Door! We purchased a brand new LiftMaster opener system through them. Bucky and Steven spent so much time with us over the phone and in person explaining every option, and aspect of the different systems with us. Jim was so kind and professional, and fixed every issue with my doors while installing the new system. He went above and beyond in his service to fix things he did not have to do. He took his time to explain everything to me and set it up exactly how we wanted it. They did not push new doors on us, but still answered all of our questions, and provided samples, pricing and more so we can plan for when we are ready to make that investment. Their pricing was incredibly reasonable, and we got the top of the line system for far less than other companies were offering it for… all with exceptional service.
