I made an appointment at the beginning of the week (Tuesday) for an oil change, I brought my car in the day before and when I arrived to pay on Friday at the end of the day and pick up my car, the oil change had not been done, no call to let me know, in short I left with nothing done and without warning.
We had a tire problem recently, on a Saturday morning. The garage, even though Google showed it was open, we went anyway and someone was there. He kindly agreed to repair our tire even though they were closed. Pleasant welcome, efficient service, I highly recommend them.
